Catering startup Lemoncat receives €6 million

Lemoncat, a Berlin-based startup that connects companies with caterers, raised €6 million with the help of Rocket Internet’s Convenience Food Group, Point Nine Capital, Target Global and Lukasz Gadowski, co-founder of Delivery Hero. Lemoncat lets companies book caterers online and offers 400 different caterers in 80 cities across Germany.

Getsurance raises €2 million seed round

The Berlin-based startup Getsurance raised €2 million in a seed round with the help of Picus Capital, Alexander Samwer’s investment company and PostFinance, a Swiss bank. The startup wants to offer various insurance services for clients, and hopes to launch a occupational disability insurance this year. Last May, the startup raised €500,000 in an angel investment.
